Every brand decision has a human on the other side of it. I've never forgotten that and I've never worked with a team I didn't push to remember it. This isn't a value. It's an operating principle.

Growth shouldn't cost you your identity. I've watched it happen to brands that had everything going for them. I work with businesses to make sure it doesn't happen to theirs.

From there into financial services, navigating the most trust-sensitive decisions people ever make at Scottish Widows, then owning customer strategy across the full breadth of retail banking at NatWest.Then Sony Mobile, where I built and led the global customer function from the ground up, spanning EMEA, SEA, US, and APAC across 65 million customers.At every stage building full customer growth operations covering acquisition, onboarding, cross-sell, retention, and experience. Using data, automation, and highly personalised communications to find the right moment for the right person.Right now I'm Marketing Director at FreeAgent, leading end-to-end growth, automation and bringing AI adoption into marketing and sales.The commercial results: over 60% customer growth and more than £700 million in commercial value, came from the same place every time.
